Thank you for shopping with Vashya Vastra. Please review our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds before placing an order.
Cancellations
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, contact customer service at info@vashyavastra.com and include your Order ID.
2. Order Cancellation by Vashya Vastra
- We may cancel orders due to reasons such as quantity limitations, product or pricing inaccuracies, or other issues identified by our team.
- If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
- No return policy applies to all orders, except in cases where the product is received damaged.
- If the product is damaged, a mandatory unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show the package being opened, the condition of the saree, and the damage. Ensure your Order ID is visible in the video (or shown on a note within the frame).
- Send the unboxing video along with your Order ID to WhatsApp: +91 9037757641.
- After submission, kindly wait for our team’s confirmation and instructions for the next steps.
2. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, in which case return shipping charges will be borne by us.
Refunds
1. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after we receive the returned item (where applicable) and it passes our inspection/verification.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Additional time may be required by banks/payment gateways to reflect the amount.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an error was made by Vashya Vastra.
3. Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are not offered. For a different size or color, please complete the refund process for the original item (if applicable) and place a new order for the desired item.
