Sales, payments, shipping, and returns

  • Orders are offers to purchase products and are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payments: We accept prepaid online payments; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Shipping: Within Kerala, shipping is free. Outside Kerala (within India), shipping charges apply. Our courier partner is India Post. See our Shipping Policy for timelines and details.
  • Returns/Exchanges: Refer to our Returns/Refunds Policy (if applicable) for eligibility, timelines, and process.
  • Pricing and errors: We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information without prior notice.
